1. Program and Operator
These Terms & Conditions govern the OWE Messenger SMS program and related messaging services operated by Innovation Techniques LLC ("Innovation Techniques," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Program Description
OWE Messenger provides two-way customer care, requested information, service-related communications, authorized operational messages, and support responses. Users may initiate a conversation by texting the OWE Messenger number or may opt in using an approved keyword such as START.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your requests, support activity, service events, and the nature of the conversation. OWE Messenger is not intended to send unsolicited marketing messages under this customer-care program.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile plan. Innovation Techniques LLC is not responsible for carrier charges.
5. Consent and Customer-Initiated Messages
By initiating an SMS conversation with OWE Messenger or by sending an approved opt-in keyword, you authorize Innovation Techniques LLC to respond by text with messages relevant to your request, customer-care interaction, service activity, or authorized operational use. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
6. Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After a valid opt-out request, you will receive no further program messages except a confirmation of your opt-out, unless you later opt back in.
7. Opt-In Again
If you previously opted out and want to resume messages, reply START to the OWE Messenger number.
8. Help and Customer Care
For assistance, reply HELP to +1 (929) 451-0963. OWE Messenger is operated by Innovation Techniques LLC.
9. Carrier Availability
Delivery of text messages depends on participating carriers, network availability, device settings, and other factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use OWE Messenger to transmit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, or unauthorized content, or to interfere with the operation or security of the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or comply with law or carrier requirements.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of information, including SMS opt-in and consent information, is described in the OWE Messenger Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties for their independent promotional or marketing purposes.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms become effective when published with a revised effective date.
